Bangla Street in Phuket is a mix of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, live music, girls in pole dancing establishments and bar girl bars. Not for the feint hearted but loads of fun. Our highlight of the night was at the Lion Bar where, soon after the death of Dolores O'Riordan, the band played a great rendition of Zombie, by The Cranberries.
The crowd here is varied. From young people out for a night of fun to single men on the prowl, to families on holiday.
